By using this website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter into an agreement and use the site for lawful business purposes. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Website and service requests
Website content, audits, examples, scores, demos, and recommendations are informational and do not guarantee rankings, revenue, lead volume, or business outcomes. A form submission does not create a client relationship. Paid work begins only under a separate written proposal, order, or services agreement describing scope, fees, ownership, and responsibilities.
SMS messaging program
When you separately check the SMS consent box and provide a mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Miles High Automation concerning your requested audit, appointment reminders, follow-up, and relevant service information.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.
- Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out.

- Consent: Consent is not a condition of purchase or of submitting an audit request.
- Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, impersonate another person, violate law, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Intellectual property and third-party services
The site, branding, copy, designs, software, and original materials are owned by Miles High Automation or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Demonstrations may contain illustrative business information. Third-party platforms and links are governed by their own terms, availability, and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
